Water Soluble Phytosterol Esters

     Phytosterol is physically purified from corn and soybean. It has the characteristics of high nutritional value and strong physiological activity. Phytosterols can reduce the risk of cardiovascular disease by reducing cholesterol. It is widely used in food, medicine, cosmetics, animal growth agent, paper processing, printing, textile and other fields. Especially in Europe, it is very common as a food additive.
